Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Zempion (hereinafter "the Company") and users of the online game portal service Zempion (hereinafter "the Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following definitions apply to these Terms:
- "Service" means the Zempion web-based free online game portal provided by the Company, including game play, the points system, rankings, check-in, and all other ancillary features.
- "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Member" means a person who has registered via Google social login or other supported login methods and has ongoing access to the Service.
- "Guest" means a person who uses certain features of the Service (e.g., game play) without logging in.
- "Points" means virtual currency earned through in-service activities (check-in, game play, sharing, etc.) and cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods.
- "Content" means all digital information available within the Service, including games, images, and text.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law when there is a reasonable cause.
- When amending the Terms, the Company will post the changes and effective date on the Service at least 7 days in advance. For changes that are material or unfavorable to users, at least 30 days advance notice will be given.
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Service and withdraw their membership. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Registration and Service Agreement)
- Membership is formed when a user accesses the Service via Google social login or other supported method and agrees to these Terms.
- The Company may refuse or subsequently terminate a service agreement in the following cases:
- The user provides false information or impersonates another person
- The user is under 14 years of age without guardian consent
- The user was previously banned from the Service
- Other cases deemed inappropriate under these Terms or service operations
3. After registration, members may set a nickname within the Service. Nicknames must not infringe on others' rights or contain inappropriate content.
Article 5 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Free browser-based online games with no installation required
- Points accumulation and leaderboard services
- Check-in, game sharing, and other reward features
- Game favorites
- Any additional services developed or provided through partnerships
- Game content within the Service is provided by third-party partners such as GamePix; copyright and service responsibility for those games rests with each partner.
- The Company may modify the Service in whole or in part for operational or technical reasons or due to changes in applicable law, with advance notice of material changes.
- The Service aims to be available 24/7 year-round but may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, system failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 6 (Points Policy)
- Points are virtual currency provided free of charge as activity rewards within the Service and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for physical goods.
- Methods of earning and spending points are described in the in-Service Points Guide and may be changed per Company policy.
- If points are obtained through fraudulent means (macros, bug abuse, multiple accounts, etc.), the Company may reclaim those points or restrict the user's access.
- Points are forfeited immediately upon account deletion and cannot be recovered.
- Upon service termination, all points are forfeited without compensation.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Misusing or impersonating another person's account credentials
- Using automated tools (macros, bots, scripts, etc.) to fraudulently obtain points, check-ins, or other Service benefits
- Reverse engineering, hacking, modifying, or copying the Service's software, servers, or databases
- Posting content that defames, harasses, or threatens other users or third parties
- Posting or distributing sexual, violent, hateful, or personally identifiable content
- Reproducing, distributing, or broadcasting Service content for commercial purposes without written Company consent
- Uploading viruses or malicious code, or intentionally disrupting Service operations
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the points or ranking system
- Any acts prohibited by applicable law, these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals
Article 8 (Company Obligations)
- The Company will not engage in acts prohibited by applicable law or contrary to public order and morals, and will do its best to provide a continuous, stable Service.
- The Company will manage users' personal information securely in accordance with its Privacy Policy and will not provide it to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
- The Company will address user complaints and feedback deemed legitimate and communicate the outcome via notices or email.
Article 9 (Account Management and Security)
- Members are responsible for managing their own accounts and must not share or transfer their Google or other social login credentials to third parties.
- If a member believes their account has been compromised, they must notify the Company immediately. The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to report.
- The Company may conduct scheduled or unscheduled maintenance for security reasons, during which Service access may be restricted.
Article 10 (Service Restriction and Termination)
- The Company may restrict Service access or terminate the service agreement after prior notice if a user violates these Terms, operating policies, or disrupts normal Service operations.
- The Company may immediately restrict access or terminate the agreement without prior notice in the following cases:
- Confirmed account theft
- Hacking, distributing malicious code, or other threats to Service security
- Violation of applicable law or criminal conduct
- Confirmed fraudulent use of the Service via macros or other means
- Members may withdraw at any time through the in-Service account deletion feature. All account data and points are deleted immediately upon withdrawal (data required to be retained by law is exempt).
Article 11 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)
- Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service and Company-created content (logo, UI, text, etc.) vest in the Company.
- Copyright in game content within the Service vests in the respective game developer or publisher (e.g., GamePix partners); the Company provides those games under a valid partnership agreement.
- Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use content obtained through the Service without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 12 (Privacy)
- The Company complies with applicable law and its Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
- Details on the collection and use of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy, accessible via the link at the bottom of the Service.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to acts of God, war, fire, power outage, force majeure, or equivalent circumstances.
- The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by the user's own actions.
- Game content is provided by third-party partners such as GamePix; direct responsibility for game quality, content, and errors rests with each partner. The Company is not liable for damages caused by partner game suspension, changes, or malfunctions.
- The Company does not guarantee any earnings or results expected from using the Service and is not liable for related damages.
- The Company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users within the Service.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party arising through the Service, and bears no liability for damages therefrom.
- Points are virtual currency; cash redemption, conversion, or exchange is not possible, and the Company provides no compensation in connection with points.
Article 14 (Advertising)
- The Company may display advertisements within the Service to fund operations. Users are deemed to consent to advertisements displayed during use.
- The Company endeavors to ensure advertisements do not directly interfere with the gameplay experience.
- Responsibility for transactions with advertisers or for advertising content rests with the respective advertiser; the Company is not liable for resulting damages.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms and any disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by applicable law.
- If litigation arises from use of the Service, the court of competent jurisdiction shall serve as the court of first instance.
- In the event of a dispute, users should first submit a complaint through the Service's support channel; the Company will endeavor to resolve it in good faith.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective from February 20, 2026.
